1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services provided by Redknot Agency LLC ("Redknot," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Redknot provides brand consulting, market research, intellectual property protection, logistics coordination, and marketing services for companies seeking to enter the Chinese market. The scope of services will be defined in individual agreements between Redknot and its clients.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Redknot Agency LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

4. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform our services
• Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in both the United States and China
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redknot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
